AI marketing has entered the era of “proactive action.” According to a Chiefmartec survey, 44.8% of enterprises have already adopted AI functions with agent-like capabilities this year, accelerating the transformation of retail e-commerce. AI consulting firm beBit TECH recently partnered with Google Cloud, Enutrition, and Dog Cat Star to officially launch AgentBit, a new agentic AI solution. Dr. Wei-Chun Kao, CTO of beBit TECH, unveiled AgentBit’s latest features at the launch event: AI Smart Segmentation, Creative Asset Hub, and AI Smart Analytics. He explained that the company hopes brands will not only find people, but also identify their needs, accurately find the right people, and reach them with the right materials and marketing rhythm.
For example, ahead of Singles’ Day (Double 11), AgentBit can process natural language inputs, identify “price-sensitive or high-repeat customers,” from natural language inputs, generate audience lists, and provide budget recommendations. Its AI-powered product interest prediction can also pinpoint customers most likely to be interested in specific items.

On the creative side, AgentBit integrates Google’s latest GenMedia technologies, including Imagen, Veo, Virtual Try-on, and the Gemini 2.5 model, to help brands quickly produce multiple versions of ad creatives, such as lifestyle images, product catalogs, and virtual try-ons. This enables large-scale customization while shortening cross-department collaboration time.
In analytics, where past optimization relied on intuition and experience and PDCA cycles were slow, AgentBit uses conversational queries to instantly identify conversion-impacting factors and propose actionable optimizations. Adjustments can be implemented directly within the CDP backend with one click, “fewer errors, faster action.”
